1. 30-Day Expedition Trial
We want you to be completely confident in your gear. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Skybound product for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags attached.

To ensure a full refund, please return the item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
2. Electronic Components
For products featuring our integrated smart-glow technology or tracking sensors:

Please ensure all electronic components are deactivated and factory-reset before returning.

Smart features must be free of any user-inflicted liquid damage or unauthorized modifications to qualify for a return.
3. The “Durability Lab” Guarantee
If you experience a manufacturing defect beyond the 30-day window, your purchase is protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers:

Cracks or breaks in the shell.

Wheels, handles, or zippers that no longer function.

Structural failures during normal travel use. > Note: This does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, such as surface scratches or scuffs earned during your adventures.
4. How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code.

Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the request.

Print the pre-paid shipping label provided and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
5. Refunds
Once our team inspects the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
